Ingredients:
4 rashers lean bacon
4 sticks of celery, scrubbed
24 large radishes
3 x 15 ml spoons french dressing
2 x 15 ml spoons finely chopped sage
To finish;
Watercress sprig
Directions:
Grill the bacon until crisp,drain on absorbent paper and chop into small pieces. Slice the celery and radishes. Mix the dressing with the chopped sage,add to the bacon,celery and radishes.Toss lightly to coat and serve at once garnished with a sprig of watercress.
