Crab Salad

 




Ingredients:

1 packet imitation crab

2 cups iceberg lettuce, cut into strips 

2 thin cucumbers, julienned

1 cup corn

1/2 of red or orange bell pepper, julienned

bunch of rocket leaves, about 1cup

*can add cilantro and  strips of cabbage

Dressing:

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp white sugar

1/2 tsp salt

pinch of ground white pepper

1 tsp vinegar

1 tsp sriracha

Directions:

Mix together the dressing until creamy and set aside.

Prepare all the vegetables, and put together in a big bowl.

Pull apart the crabmeat into thin strand and add to the vegetables.

Pour the dressing to the mixture and mix together.
