Fattoush salad

 



Ingredients:


1 head lettuce

3 medium cucumbers, sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1 yellow bell pepper, cubed

1/4 cup fresh mint

1/4 cup radish, sliced

1 shallot, chopped

2 Arab bread, cut into cubes and fry in olive oil till browned and crispy

Dressing:

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp pomegranate molasses

Directions:

Chop the lettuce. Mix the rest of the ingredients, add the dressing and put the prepared brown bread before serving.
