Salad with Chick Peas and Black Beans






Ingredients:

1 can chick peas

1 can black beans

2 medium sized cucumbers, sliced

1 small carrot, peeled and sliced

lettuce, chopped coarsely

cherry tomatoes

small red onion, sliced thinly

Dressing:

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp olive oil

salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Direction:

Combine all the washed and sliced vegetables in a medium serving bowl. Wash the canned beans and strain. Mix all together and pour the dressing.
