Cucumber and fennel salad

Ingredients:
1 large cucumber
75g fennel
2 x 15 ml spoons finely chopped parsley
1 small onion,finely sliced
1 box mustard and cress
4 x 15 ml french dressing

Directions:
Wash and finely slice the unpeeled cucumber and place in a salad bowl.
Wash and grate the fennel and add to the cucumber with all the remaining ingredients .
Toss lightly and serve.
