Tandoori Fish Cutlets





Ingredients:
1kg hammour
1 1/2 tsp tandoori masala powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt, to taste
Mint, a few sprigs
100g finely chopped onions
2-3 green chillies,finely chopped
2 cloves garlic
Oil for frying
1 egg
2 slices of bread

Direction:
.Slit the fish at places and smear turmeric powder. Keep aside for 5-10 minutes. Steam the fish for 15 minutes. Let cool and then flake it. Grind fish along with bread, onion and mint. Mix in salt, tandoori masala and egg. Knead it well. Make oblong cutlets and refrigerate till set. Deep-fry in hot oil till golden brown.
