Triangle Fridge Cake







Ingredients:
1 instant cheese -cake mix
5 ml gelatine
15 ml water
2 packets wafer biscuits
50 ml cherry flavouring
8 fresh strawberries
Icing:
250 gm chocolate
50 ml cocoa
100 ml milk

Direction:
 Make the cheese -cake according to packet instructions. Hydrate the gelatine in water. Place in a bowl over another containing boiling water to dissolve. Stir into the cheese -cake mixture.. Set aside. Place a piece of aluminum foil on a work surface. Arrange three rows of five biscuits on the foil and sprinkle lightly with the cherry flavouring. Divide the cheese -cake mixture in half and spread one half on the biscuits. Cover with another layer of biscuits and sprinkle with the cherry flavouring. Spread the remaining cheese cake mixture down the center row of biscuits and top with a row of strawberries. Fold the foil upwards to elevate the biscuits and form a triangle. Wrap securely on all sides and place in a freezer.
Icing:
Melt the chocolate, milk and cocoa in a bowl. Remove cake from the freezer and coat with the icing. Return to freezer.

Note: Remove the cake from the freezer twenty minutes before serving and slice.Serves twelve.
