Southwestern-Style Corn





Ingredients:
5 medium ears of corn
1 red or green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tsp soft margarine
1/4 tsp black pepper

Direction:
1. Cut kernels from ears of corn.
2. Cook bell pepper and onion in margarine until soft. Add corn and black pepper. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until corn is tender.
