Greek-Style Steak Sandwiches





Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds flank steak
2 tsps Greek seasoning or dried oregano
4 pita breads, sliced in half crosswise
1/2 cup sliced red onion
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup red wine vinaigrette
1 cup plain yoghurt, stirred

Directions:
1. Rub steak on both sides with seasoning. Wrap steak in foil; marinate at room temperature 30 minutes. Spray grill with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove steak from foil. Grill 15 to 20 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Let meat stand on cutting board 10 minutes.
2. Warm pitas on grill, turning with tongs. Slice steak against the grain into thin slices. Divide equally among pitas. Garnish with onion, cucumber, tomato and cheese. Drizzle with 1 1/2 tsp red wine vinaigrette. Top with 1 to 2 tablespoons yoghurt.
