Ingredients:
225 g cauliflower, cut into florets
225 g broccoli, cut into florets
1 small yellow pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1 small red pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, crushed
60 ml (4 tbsp) tahini
90 ml (6 tbsp) lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Sesame seeds, to garnish
Directions:
1. Blanch broccoli and cauliflower in a saucepan of boiling water for 3 minutes, then
drain and leave to cool. Place broccoli,cauliflower and peppers in a salad bowl.
2. To make the dressing, whisk the garlic, tahini, lemon juice and 60 ml(4 tbsp)water together in a small bowl. Season to taste.
3. Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat. Cover and chill. Sprinkle with sesame seeds just before you're ready to serve.
