Chocolate Peaches and Cream Pie





Ingredients:
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1 (6 ounce)Ready Crust* Shortbread Pie Crust
4 cups peach or vanilla ice cream, softened
12 fresh or canned peach slices
1/4 cup pecan halves
Additional chocolate syrup for garnish

Directions:
1.Drizzle 1/2 cup chocolate syrup evenly over bottom of crust. Spoon ice cream into crust.
2.Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
3. Just before serving, arrange peach slices and pecan halves on top of ice cream. Drizzle        additional chocolate syrup on top of pie. Freeze leftovers.
