Four-Season Pasta Salad




Ingredients:
8 ounces uncooked trumpet-shaped or spiral pasta
1 1/2 cups cauliflower florets
1 1/2 cups sliced carrots
1 1/2 cups snow peas
1/2 cup prepared Italian or honey-mustard salad dressing

Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding cauliflower, carrots and snow peas to saucepan 3 minutes before end of cooking time. Drain pasta and vegetables; run under cold water to stop cooking and drain again. Transfer to large bowl.
2. Add salad dressing; toss lightly to coat.
