Sprouted Mongo Beans and Tofu








Ingredients:
250 g Tofu
250 g sprouted mongo beans
1 small carrots, sliced thinly
1 cup green beans, chopped
1 medium sized onion
5 cloves garlic
100 g dried shrimp
1 tbsp fish sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions;
1. Slice the tofu into cubes, the fry in oil until golden brown. Set aside.
2. Sauté the garlic and onion for a few minutes. Add the carrots and the greens beans, mix it for a while till its half cooked then add the dried shrimp.
3.Add the tofu and the sprouted mongo beans. Season with fish sauce, salt and pepper. This vegetables doesn't take time to cook, just a couple of minutes and it's done. Serve with white rice.
