Ingredients:
4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/4 cup fresh milk, lukewarm
1 tbsp active dry yeast
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 egg
5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 cup breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. Mix together the warm milk and dry yeast, and let rise for 5 minutes.
2. Mix the dry ingredients together in a big bowl, then add the yeast mixture. In a floured board, knead the dough for 10 minutes if using your hand or until soft and elastic. Let rise for 1 hour or until double in size.
3. Form into balls or oblong shape, then roll in breadcrumbs. Let rise for another 30 minutes. Bake on a pre heated oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until light brown.
