Tortilla Salad Bowl

 





Ingredients:

1 whole lettuce

1 ripe avocado

1 can black beans

1 can corn

2 medium cucumbers

2 medium tomatoes

1 red onion

6 pcs Tortilla Bread

Sauce:

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup lemon juice

salt and pepper to taste

3 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

Pinch of cumin

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.

Wash the vegetables and cut to your desired sizes.

Brush olive oil on each tortilla bread and shape it in a bowl. Bake at 180C for 10 minutes or until light brown and toasted.

Place enough salad on each tortilla bowl and pour sauce. Enjoy.
