Baked Chicken in Coriander and Garlic

 



Ingredients:

3 pcs chicken breast

5 medium potatoes 

1/2 cup olive oil

1 head of garlic, peeled

salt and pepper

( 37 g)1 pouch Knorr garlic and coriander mix seasoning

Directions:

Marinate the chicken breast with the seasoning for about half and hour.

Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper and coat with half of the olive oil.

Arrange the chicken into  baking tray, pour the rest of the olive oil, add the garlic cloves and potatoes and cover with aluminum foil. 

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until chicken is tender.
