Ingredients:
3/4 cup semolina
1 can condensed milk
2 1/2 cups hot water
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp butter
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl , mix condensed milk and hot water. Mix thoroughly to combine. Set aside.
2. Heat butter in a pan and add semolina and coconut milk.
3. Cook in medium heat, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes , or until semolina turns lightly brown.
4. Gradually add the condensed milk mixture in the semolina mixture and add cinnamon.
5. Stir the mixture until it boils, then reduce into low heat while stirring for 1 minute.
6. Remove from heat, cover pan and let it stand for 15 minutes.
7. Grease a baking tray, spread the mixture evenly and let it stand until it cools down.
8. Cut into squares and dust with cinnamon before serving.
