Ingredients:
2 large grapefruit
2 oranges
1 x 15 ml spoon lemon juice
241 ml bottle low-calorie lemonade
2 x 15 ml spoons finely chopped fresh mint
To finish; 4 mint sprigs
Directions:
Halve the grapefruit,using zig-zag cut to give a decorative edge. Remove the flesh from the halves. Peel and segment the oranges,remove the membranes and cut the segments into pieces. Mix the grapefruit and return to the grapefruit shells.
Mix together the lemon juice,lemonade and chopped mint . Pour into an ice tray and freeze to soft stage.Pile on top of the grapefruit and decorate with a sprig of mint.
