Slimmer's Goulash







Ingredients:
550g chuck steak
25g seasoned flour
2 x 15 ml spoons oil
1 onion, peeled and thinly sliced
150 ml beef stock
396g can tomatoes
1 x 5 ml spoon tomato puree
100g peas
2 x 5 ml spoons paprika
2 x 15 ml spoons natural yogurt
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Dice the meat, coat with the seasoned flour and brown quickly in the hot oil. Remove from pan and saute the sliced onion until soft. Return the meat, add stock, tomatoes and puree, cover and simmer for 1 3/4 hours. Add the peas, paprika and seasoning to taste 10 minutes before the end of cooking. Remove from the heat and stir in the yogurt. Serve immediately with a crisp salad.
