Ingredients:
1/2 kg rump or fillet steak
1 onion,peeled and finely sliced
25g butter
225g mushrooms, finely sliced
salt and freshly ground black pepper
142g carton soured cream
142 g carton natural yogurt
To finish: Finely chopped parsley
Directions:
Beat the steak, trim and cut into strips.Saute the onion in the butter in a non-stick pan until golden brown - about 5 minutes.Add the mushrooms and cook for 3 - 4 minutes. Season to taste, add the beef and cook for 5 - 7 minutes. Mix together the soured cream and the yogurt. Stir into the beef mixture and warm gently. Serve with a little boiled rice and a salad sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
