Homemade Oatmeal Bars



Ingredients:
4 tbsp coconut oil
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup rice puffs
1/4 cup mixed nuts

Directions:
Melt coconut oil in a saucepan, then add brown sugar, honey and peanut butter. Cook on medium heat until mixture thickened.Add vanilla.
Turn off the heat and add quick cooking oats , rice puffs and mixed nuts..
Pour into a parchment lined square pan, flatten slightly and let it cool at room temperature.
Chill for 30 minutes before slicing.
