Mango Tapioca Pearl Sweets





Ingredients:

1 cup tapioca pearls
3 fresh mangoes
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 cup all purpose cream
1 tsp mango flavoring

Directions:
1. To boil the tapioca pearls, put just enough water in a pot, pour the tapioca and let it boil, stirring once in a while to avoid sticking from the bottom of the pan, for at least 10 minutes, depending on your fire. The pearl is cooked once you see that it become translucent, if you notice white spots on the pearls, just keep it for another 5 minutes in the water , covered with lid ,without fire..The heat will help the pearl  to be cooked completely.
2. Drain the pearls in a strainer and rinse in a cold running water and put it in a bowl.
3. Remove the pit of the mango, then cut the flesh into cubes.Cut into small cubes the  2 mango for the mixture and cut the remaining mango into big cubes for decoration at the top.
4. Mix the tapioca pearls, 2 cut up mangoes, condensed milk, all purpose cream, and the flavoring . Transfer to a small serving bowls, then put the toppings. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3
hours before serving.
