Beef with Spinach in Oyster sauce








Ingredients:
500 gms beef tenderloin, thinly sliced
2 cups fresh spinach, washed and cleaned
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp ginger, grated
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small onion, sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3 tbsp cooking oil

 Directions:
1. Marinate the beef with oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper for at least an hour.
2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger,  garlic and onion .
3. Add the marinated beef, in a medium - high heat, stir fry for at least 10 minutes or until the beef turns out brown and cooked through.
4. Toss the spinach to the meat mixture for another 3 minutes. Serve with rice.
