Ingredients:
4 large dessert apples
1 egg
Juice of 2 oranges or 150 ml
6 drops liquid sweetener
To finish:
Orange slices
Directions:
Wash and core the apples and wrap in foil or in a roasting bag (pierced). Place in a roasting tin and bake for about 40 minutes until cooked. Meanwhile, place the egg and orange juice in a basin over a pan of hot water. Whisk for about 10 minutes until foamy and slightly thickened. Sweeten to taste with the sweetener. Serve on top of the baked apples, garnished with the orange slices.
