Meatballs Easy Recipe






Ingredients:

Meatballs:
1/4 k ground beef
100 g ground pork
1 beaten egg
3 tbsp chopped green onions
2 tbsp cornstarch
salt, ground black pepper and soy sauce
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Sauce:
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced diagonally
1 red and green bell peppers, cubed
1 can tomato sauce
1 cup beef stock
salt, pepper and soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:
Mix thoroughly all meatballs ingredients, except breadcrumbs. Form every 2 teaspoons of mixture into a ball, then roll in breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown. Set aside.
Sauce: Saute garlic, onion, carrot, celery and bell peppers. Add tomato sauce and beef stock. Season to taste. Simmer until vegetables are half-done. Add meatballs and dissolved cornstarch. Simmer until sauce thickens. Serve hot.
