Chocolate Cake Express









Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1 tbsp confectioners sugar

Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Make a well in the center of the  mixture, add vanilla, vinegar and oil, then gradually stir in the water. Continue stirring until well blended, do not overmix. Pour batter into greased baking pan or on a cupcake pan,  bake in preheated 375 F oven for 25-30 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Do not over bake, the secret of this cake is its moistness. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes, then remove cake and cool completely.Sift confectioner's  sugar over top.(if desired).
