Korean Beef and Rice








Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp crushed red chili
salt and pepper, to taste
1 bunch green onions, diced
1 sunny side up egg, for topping
Plain Rice, cooked

Directions:
Heat a large skillet on a medium high heat, brown beef with garlic in sesame oil. Drain most of the fats and add brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, salt and pepper and red chili (add according to your preference of spicy meat). Simmer for a few minutes to blend the flavor. Serve over steamed rice, top with egg and green onions.
