Chicken and Veggie Stir Fry

 



Ingredients:

250 g chicken breasts, sliced

150 g mushrooms

1 pc green bell pepper

2 tbsp sesame oil

1 medium onion, sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

1/2 cup chicken  broth

1 tbsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp brown sugar

salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 cup water

1 tbsp sesame seeds, to garnish

Directions:

1. Season chicken breast and stir fry in oil. Once cooked, remove from the pan and add the mushroom, stir fry for 2 minutes, remove from the pan then put the bell pepper, stir fry for 2 minutes then remove from the pan. Set aside.

2. In the same pan, put sesame oil and sauté ginger, garlic and onion for a few minutes till the aroma comes out. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar. Let it boil then add the chicken, mushroom and bell pepper. Mix for a while the add the dissolved cornstarch.Season with salt and pepper.
