Churros

Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup water
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3 eggs
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
vegetable oil, for frying
For dipping:
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Direction:
1. In a large saucepan, over medium heat, add water, butter, sugar,  vanilla  and salt. Bring to a boil.
Turn down the heat to low and add flour, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until thickened,
about 1 minute. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
2. Transfer the dough to a bowl and by using hand mixer, beat in eggs one at a time  and mixing well
after each addition to make sure the egg is combined.
3. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag (fitted) with a large star tip.
4. In a large pot, add enough vegetable oil to fill the pan about half way, heat to 375 C medium heat.
5. Holding the piping bag a few inches above the oil, carefully pipe 5"long ropes. Use kitchen
scissors to cut off dough from piping bag.
6. Make sure to cook a few at a time so you don't bring down the temperature of the oil. Fry for a few
    minutes, or until golden brown.
7. Drain on paper towel to remove excess oil and roll immediately in cinnamon sugar. Best serve hot.
