Ingredients:
300 g chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 large onion, chopped
200g fresh mushroom, sliced
250 g boiled pasta
salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup evaporated milk
Directions:
1. Boil the pasta until al dente, strain and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, sauté onions then add mushrooms until golden brown. Set aside.
3. With 1 tbsp of butter, in the same saucepan, fry the chicken breast until golden on both sides.
4. Remove the chicken pieces, then in a low heat add the remaining butter and all purpose flour. Mix thoroughly to make a paste , add the evaporated milk. By using whisk, mix the mixture until no lumps are seen.
5. Add the mushrooms and onion and chicken in the pan and cook over medium heat until desired consistency is obtained.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Add the boiled pasta, mix thoroughly and serve hot.
