Banana Bread

 



Ingredients:

2 cups all purpose flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

2 eggs, lightly beaten

6 tbsp vegetable oil

1/4 cup yoghurt

1/2 cup crushed walnuts

3 overripe bananas, mashed 

Directions:

1. Combine dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. Set aside.

2. In a large bowl, mix bananas, yoghurt, vegetable oil, eggs and beat well using only wooden spoon. Lightly add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture until just combine.

3. Pour batter on a greased pan, bake on a preheated oven for 1 hour or until golden brown. Cool in a pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
