Simple Korean Bulgogi

 




Ingredients:

1 kilo beef, sliced very thin

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil

4 tbsp sugar

1 tsp sesame seeds

5 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 carrots, sliced

2 green onions, chopped

Directions:

Place sliced beef in a bowl, then add rest of the ingredients aside from carrots and green onion. Keep in a refrigerator and allow to marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight. When ready to cook, place in a frying pan and cook at medium heat, covered with a lid for 10 minutes or more until meat is tender. Add the carrots and green onions, cook for another 4 minutes. Serve with white rice.
