Simple Shrimp Dynamite

 



Ingredients:

1 kilogram shrimp

Batter:

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 egg

4 tbsp cornflour

Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

4 tbsp hot sauce

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tsp vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 tsp sesame oil

1/4 tsp paprika powder

1 tsp honey

1 tsp sweet pickle relish (optional)

Direction:

1. Peel the shrimp, and pat dry.

2. Combine batter and add shrimp to coat well.

3. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the shrimp for 2 minutes, on both sides.

4. Combine the sauce ingredients and pour enough sauce to the fried shrimp. Left over sauce can be keep in the refrigerator , covered for a couple of days.
