Tuna Burgers

 




Ingredients:

2 cans of Tuna Flakes, in vegetable oil, drained

1/4 cup onions, chopped finely

1/4 cup celery stalk with leaves,  chopped finely

1/4 cup carrots, chopped finely

2 whole eggs, beaten

3 tbsps breadcrumbs

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 tsp mustard

cooking oil, for frying

6 pcs Burger buns

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Form into balls and flatten out into patties. Fry in cooking oil on medium high heat till light brown. Serve hot with catsup, if desired.
