Coconut Macaroons

 






Ingredients:

4 cups desiccated coconut

2/3 cup all purpose flour

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1/4 tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl until well blended. Line cup cake tray with parchment paper. Using a big spoon or ice cream scoop, fill it up to 2/3 full of the mixture. Bake in a pre heated oven at 350 F for 12 - 15 minutes or until light brown.
