Mocha Pudding

    Ingredients:

4 cups water

1 can sweetened condensed milk


4 tbsp cocoa powder

3 tbsp instant coffee

7 tbsp cornflour

2 tbsp rose water

1/2 cup dark chocolate, grated

Directions:

In a medium saucepan, add water, condensed milk, cocoa powder, instant coffee and cornstarch . Mix well and bring to a boil with constant stirring until it thickens. Remove from heat,  then pour over an individual cups. Set aside to cool at room temperature. Sprinkle grated dark chocolate over the cooled pudding and set in the fridge for at least 1 hour to chill.
