Fried Bell Peppers

 




Ingredients:

1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced

1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced

1 head garlic, peeled but not chopped (press only)

3 tbsp olive oil

salt and pepper, to taste

Direction:

1. In a non stick frying pan, over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic. Cook it long enough for the garlic to become fragrant and lightly brown.

2. Add the bell peppers and season with salt and pepper.

3. Cook them for about 20 minutes or until they have cooked down and have caramelized around the edges and become soft.

Can be an Appetizer to be served with bread or as a Condiments.
