Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla powder
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Direction:
1. Sift all the dry ingredients; flour, baking powder, vanilla powder and salt.
2. Cream butter and sugar.
3. Add eggs, continue beating then add dry mixture, a little at a time.
4. Add oats, raisins and chocolate chips.
5. Chill dough for about half an hour.
6. Using an ice cream scoop or a big spoon, scoop dough and make into a ball, transfer in a baking tray, 1 inch apart and press flat down.
7. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180C.
