Ground Beef with Greens Beans

 




Ingredients:

1/2 kilo ground beef

200 grams green beans, whole or sliced thinly

5 cloves garlic, chopped finely

1 small capsicum, sliced,  any color/red/yellow/orange

1 inch fresh ginger, chopped finely

1 tablespoon cooking oil

1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

2 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon sugar

ground black pepper

half a cup of water

Directions:

1. In a cooking pan, heat cooking oil and add ground beef. Cook for 10 minutes on a medium high heat, until all the water is absorbed and the meat is cooked. Set aside on a plate.

2. In the same pot, add a tablespoon of oil, add ginger and garlic. Fry for a minute before putting back the cooked meat.Add half a cup of water. Add chili flakes, black pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce, sesame oil and sugar. 

3. Add the green beans and capsicum. Let it simmer for 3 minutes or until vegetables are almost cooked. Season. Serve with white rice.
