Brownie Nut Tart



Ingredients:
1 pack Puff Pastry
100g dark chocolate
125g butter
200g sugar
2 eggs
4 tbsp all purpose flour
Icing sugar for decoration
50 g cashew nuts (chopped)

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200C. Butter a rectangular pie tin and cover with the pastry sheet removing excess pieces. Cover with baking paper and let sit in the fridge for 15 minutes. Melt the butter with the chocolate in a bain marie. Once melted ,slowly add the sugar, the eggs and finally the flour, constantly stirring with a whisk. Add the nuts and stir. Remove
the baking paper from the pastry and fill with the chocolate mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes
until golden. Let the brownie cool before sprinkling with icing sugar and serving.
